Dr. Shelly will work with you throughout each stage of pregnancy to ensure you have the best nutritional and supplement support to nourish both you and your baby.  She will incorporate herbs, acupuncture, homeopathy and lifestyle counselling if and when necessary to reduce and eliminate unwanted symptoms associated with pregnancy so that you can feel your best from beginning to end.

First Trimester Focus:
